LADCOM are not just about business, we're also about giving back to the community.
LADCOM are proud of our commitment to involve ourselves with the local community. Over the past years our active involvement has been recognised with numerous awards. Among these are Whittlesea Council’s Medium Employer of the Year Award 2013 and an award for outstanding contribution to the Navitas Professional Year Program.
LADCOM have worked closely with Peter Lalor Vocational College providing their students an opportunity to complete their work experience and gain insight into the telecommunication design space. This allows them to work alongside experienced people in the industry within an office environment. Over the course of the last year we have had up to 15 students have worked in the Ladcom office. When a capable student is identified we offer them an opportunity to work on real projects during their school holidays as casual employees.
LADCOM has a close working relationship with Navitas which provide professional year programs and internships.
We provide the Navitas students the opportunity to work in Ladcom as interns.
Due to the quality, skill sets and determination of many of these interns, we have had a huge success with employing these individuals as a growing part of our Ladcom team.

Many of our management team have been requested to do public forum speaking to students and discuss their stories and the work that we do at Ladcom.

LADCOM supports living a healthy and active lifestyle and is a proud sponsor of sporting teams in the local area.
