LADCOM undertakes the survey and design of the lead-in and reticulation of the Multi-Dwelling Units and Customer Lead Ins for Commercial Premises
The work involves production of external infrastructure route and internal facilities design for the fibre installation, an extensive photo-pack using Tablet Applications (Konect) outlining the construction route and any perceived heritage, environmental or Aboriginal issues or constraints on the build.

LADCOM provides Project Management and Quality review of Optus Construction Project in Western Australia.
Our Project Engineers work with the Construction Partners and provide overall Management and reporting to Optus Project Managers on Time, Quality, and overall buildable plans to ensure delivery of the Designed Networks.
LADCOM provides Project Management for Delivery of NBN Brownfield developments across Victoria.
Our Client Skybridge who are a Delivery Partner to NBN Directly , assign Service Delivery Tickets to connect new developments to the NBN Network , the Network can be Copper , FTTN (Fibre to the Node) FTTC (Fibre to the Curb) FTTP (Fibre to the Premises) and HFC (Hybrid Fibre Coax)
Our expert Field Team has all accreditations and equipment to deliver these services from 1 single dwelling (Building) to multiple customers.
We have a Project Management system that allows tracking of milestones and is user friendly and offers up to the minute reports to Skybridge to provide confidence that our Construction program is always on track with full visibility
Since December 2019 LADCOM has supported this project by connecting more than 213 Customers to the NBN Network.

LADCOM completed surveys, designs and solutions to overcome environmental challenges to build a 60km fibre ring for Optus around Bellarine Peninsula in 2018.
Our Designs also provided support to various mobile sites across Bellarine.
